Main Index Homepage Not Displaying Text

Well before I explain take a look for yourself I think you’ll see the problem right away: https://techbooters.com/

OK so now I will explain. So on my home page (Which is set to the Main Index php of recent posts) no text in the titles, previews, widgets, title, or menu show up but it will highlight if you hover over links. Now if you are to click on a article the text will load fine and if you click the home link from an article the home page will load fine.

Basically I have no idea why it’s doing this I don’t think it’s the CSS but it might be. Also I’ve cleared the cache on my computer and I am not using a caching plugin on my website.

Someone please tell me what’s going on!
