Main Image Won’t Update

  • Hello,

    When clicking on any of the thumbnail images, the main photo doesn’t update, the thumbnail just opens in a huge light box.

    Also, when scrolling through the light box, the size of the box does not remain constant and adjusts to the size of the photo, which is very annoying if you have various size images.

    One final note, in the light box, the “X” to close the model is at the bottom right. I think it should be moved to the top right as that’s where it’s usually located. I constantly hit the “enlarge image” button (in the top right) when trying to close the light box.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Hi,
    The main photo will not update into the free version.
    lightbox has a default height and width setup that reason all images has the same size as the lightbox.

    you can change the ‘x’ position by overriding the css code

    Oh! I looked, but I didn’t see that listed anywhere. I will certainly be upgrading then ??

    Is it possible to set a maximum pixel height (or width) to help with this?

    Can you provide me with an example code to reposition the “x”? Since the light box size changes, how do you keep it in the same place?

    I’m not sure I understood your next answer… My problem is that the lightbox will grow and shrink depending on the image (see here).

    — it’s because your images size is not large so the lightbox will set up the same size it already has your image

    Can you provide me with an example code to reposition the “x”?
    — Sorry, I check this for you on the lightbox documentation and it’s not possible to set it top with only CSS. for this i need to change the lightbox HTML markup and customization is not included in support ??
    if you really need to fix this ‘x’ issue then I suggest you to use the pro version.

    I understand that, but even if I make all my images super larger (which I can’t) that makes a HUGE lightbox. Can you set a maximum height?

    sorry not possible to set height. it’s will mess up the image ratio

    Ok I don’t know what happened…

    I just bought and installed your PRO version and it BROKE my star ratings! Now, I can only get them to re-appear when I reactivate your basic plugin!

    My star ratings show as boxes when both are deactivated and when the pro is activated…
