Main Features Not Working

Really want your plugin to work.

Bought the Extended version as soon as I could as I need the features in it.

If I install the free version 3.0.2, I get key things like the progress bar, etc.

I then uninstall the free version and install the Extended version (10.3.0.3) and all the functionality seems to break.

I have all my questions on one page – no ‘next’, no progress bar, ugly layout, no ability to add pictures in the configuration – really confused.

All I want is for my quiz to look like https://product-demo.wp-simple-survey.sailabs.co/product-survey but it looks anything but this.

Really hope I get a reply to this – will post on https://sailabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as well.

Hope you can help me sort this out.
