Hi, I am using LiteSpeed plugin with Quick.cloud service enabled. But in the General Settings Domain Key option, it shows a text below with “Main domain not generated yet”.
I already have refreshed domain key and got it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

please refresh the domain again , and then provide the report number

you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Best regards,

Hi, I have the same issue.

This issue is solved, but what is the solution?

You have to go through all the setup before that message will go away for the domain key. Do the full setup, then go back and click redetect and it will work.

    https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2022/08/08/automatic-quic-cloud-setup/

All set up, all looking fine, CDN and Cache seem to be working, but “Main domain not generated yet” won’t go away. Any ideas?

I spent another few hours on this, set it up again on another site, went through all of the steps again, everything green and appears to be working, but this issue remains. I still don’t even know what is meant by “main domain” here. I have only one domain set up at the moment.

Always “Main domain not generated yet”
… and “Current Cloud Nodes in Service Redetect – No cloud services currently in use”

What exactly has to be generated where?

Two months without a reply… great.

I have the same problem and the same question as has gone unanswered above. This CDN is fast but the service and configuration are extraordinarily confusing and difficult to understand, and none of the documentation is much better.

I am done with setup. I have set everything up. And still, it says “Main domain not generated yet”. I only have one domain, there is no “main domain”, just the one website, which is completely set up.

You provided a link above to a block post that said “navigate to CDN > Auto QUIC.cloud Setup” but Auto QUIC.cloud Setup does not exist on the CDN tab. There just isn’t anything there with that label.

It also says “For online services to work correctly, you must allowlist all QUIC.cloud server IPs.” but never tells me what “allowlisting” is or how to do it.

You can find the full list of IPs needing to whitelist here: https://quic.cloud/ips

Make sure you whitelist them all.. with this being said, I’m getting the same “main domain” error and I have no clue how to fix it…

Hey! I have the same issue. Main domain not generated. I’ll just do a little tap dance here while we wait for an answer.

Hey! This fixed it for me. https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/troubleshoot/#database-corruption

I got tired of tap dancing.

Did this again lately. After a lot of back and forth triple checking everything, randomly changing stuff, I eventually got it to work. Unfortunately I still don’t know what the decisive step was. Still waiting for a useful documentation, and an explanation what this error actually means.

I’d have to agree, the documentation is confusing at best.

@nilssonab Don’t worry about the whitelisting, that is for firewalls and according to some documentation I found, since LiteSpeed Web Server v5.4.12 this happens automatically. I guess the folks forgot to update the GUI.

What I find particularly worrying, is that at the QUIC.cloud dashboard everything appears to be in perfect order, but WordPress still complains. In my case the wretched cURL error 28, but that’s a different story.

    Cheers!

this “main domain not generated” is something silly from plugin (we are sorry about that), like a remnant of previous version that no longer has any meaning in it, which should be removed, and we will remove it in future version.

it does not affect anything , so please safely ignore it
