    Hi LiteSpeed Cache support team,

    1/
I’ve had the plugin installed since Sept. 30, 2022 and the “Main Domain Not generated yet” message still appears!!!
Take a look at this screenshot:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/CJwcyp52J

Because on my other website, the “Main Domain” is generated and displayed.
But not for this site, even though it’s the same configuration and was installed at the same time.
Why wasn’t the “Main Domain” generated, and how can I solve this problem?

    2/
Another warning message appears on all my websites, asking “Allowlist QUIC.cloud server IPs”!
Please note that my website is hosted on a LiteSpeed WEB Server. So this “Allowlist QUIC.cloud server IPs” operation is done automatically by you, as you indicate in your documentation.
You can view an extract of your documentation here :
    https://www.screencast.com/t/ve9JB6IKW3DB

How can I solve this problem and remove the “Allowlist QUIC.cloud server IPs” warning?

    Thank you very much,

1。 please try click “refresh domain key”

2。Did you mean the warning in “General” ? or which warning you refer to ? a screenshot of it will be helpful

    Hi @qtwrk,

1。 please try click “refresh domain key”
I refreshed the domain key, but it failed. I also refreshed the page.
    See the message :
    https://www.screencast.com/t/n3QyKnHcY4p

Note: For other websites, the domain is displayed correctly, but not for this one.

2。Did you mean the warning in “General” ? or which warning you refer to ? a screenshot of it will be helpful
Yes, I was referring to the warning in the “General” tab. Just under the “Main Domain”.
A screenshot has already been provided above.
    Here it is:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/CJwcyp52J

Because the website runs on the Lite Speed web server. It assumed that these IPs were automatically whitelisted.

please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

and no , it’s not exactly a warning, but more like an advice , it is auto-whitelisted in LSWS , but on a server, there could have multiple layer of security measures , there is no way we can whitelist our IPs in other security softwares

    Hi @qtwrk,

I currently have two sites under construction. The site I gave you doesn’t generate the URL while the other one does.

    Hi @qtwrk,

It’s OK now. The domain name is successfully generated after the database has been repaired.

    Thank you,

    Hi @qtwrk,

When I launched the database repair, the domain name was generated as I had explained.

After this operation, the settings I had set for the plugin were reset. I redid these settings.

Now, the plugin can’t find the DNS I had installed before.

In the “Auto QUIC.cloud CDN Setup” page :
“Set up QUIC.cloud Account” is not linked.
“CDN Setup Status” is not set to “Done”.

Whereas before the database repair, CDN and DNS were working fine.
DNS records are still in place on the website with “Using DNS” checked.

Server names are correctly installed on the registrar side.

How can I fix this please ?

Or how to redo the DNS configuration on the website (probably delete the zone and redo the connection).

    Thank you,

you don’t need to , the QC CDN is still working , that auto setup page acts like that because the stored info in DB was deleted , but it’s not important , all the important data for CDN setup are stored on QC side , and other important thing is DNS record , which is also not related to that page

    Thread Starter davidovic123

    (@davidovic123)

    Thanks @qtwrk,

Will the information deleted from the database be restored later in this database and in the information displayed by the plugin?

    (@qtwrk)

That info is not important, if it makes you feel better to display it, you may need to disable QC CDN, unchange dns record and re-run it from group up, but it’s really not needed

    Thank you @qtwrk,

I asked my host about the “Allowlist IPs”. He told me I couldn’t do it on the server. I don’t have access to it because I’m on shared hosting.

Can I do this “Allowlist IPs” from my firewall plugin, like AIO Security or Wordfence…etc?
    Will it work?
Or should I only do it from the server?

    (@qtwrk)

it’s more like optional , reminder , you only need to whitelist these IPs in case they are blocked, if they are working normally , then no need to

you need to whitelist them at all of your security measures , both site-level or server-level if possible.

I just wasted a couple of hours fighting the same issue and still not 100% sure if everything works as it should. I have to admit your warning messages are somewhat confusing. Not sure how the following message can be considered as optional:
For online services to work correctly, you must allowlist all QUIC.cloud server IPs.

It sounds like a strick requirement to me. So, it would be nice if those warnings had clearer messages.
