main directory moved – domain not reachable

Hello together,

I have moved my directory via Filezilla and now my domain is unfortunately no longer accessible.

My structure was previously as follows
./mainwp/

And now it’s
./adminwebsite/mainwp/

If I move it like this, I don’t have to change anything in the wp-config, do I?
Unfortunately I am not getting anywhere and am grateful for any help. ??
