    Hi,
    The main categories keep on vanishing on my Woocommerce website.

    The product category link is supposed to be, for example;
    website.com/category/colorful-earrings/horse-earrings/

    When the category disappears the link becomes
    website.com/category/horse-earrings/
    which is wrong and I get lots of not found errors on GSC.

    Do you have any advice to fix this so it does not happen again? I had to re-enter the main categories for the fourth time, and I have lots of them.

    Could this be because my permalink Custom Structure is /%postname%/

    Should I change it to; /%category%/%postname%/

    Can you please share with us a screenshot of your Permalinks settings under Settings > Permalinks?

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Sorry about this. Wordfence is doing this. Would you please let me know what country you will be accessing from? I will white-list it.
