mailto: not working

We’ve setup our site using the FLASH theme and our Call to actions don’t work.

The mailto: links throughout don’t bring up a mail browser and the tel: links seem to only work intermittently.
All other links and URL’s work okay throughout the site.

The links we are taking abut are on the homepage in the hero section/slider, the footer and contact page.
