MailTo Not Responding

  • Hi there,

    had a look at your site and the mail icon in the top bar seems to be working for me. It opens a new mail using my mail client. Is this still an open issue?

    Your mailto link is using the right syntax, which is not theme-specific, as it’s an HTML feature.

    I’m not sure why it’s not working for you, but I just did some research and looks like it could be the security settings in your browsers. For example, in Chrome, one suggestion was:

    Go to a site that has a mailto link and try to access. You should notice a grey colored security shield in the address bar. Click that and it will say that it is blocking an unsafe script, please click run this script on this page and voila.

    Safari may have a similar feature.
