Mailto links wrong in the translated version

The mailto link of the email address in the original version of the website is changed and doesn’t work anymore.
How can I get this to stay the same as in the translated version?It looks like wrong translation.
I dried to resolve it be using https://translatepress.com/docs/developers/exclude-certain-text-or-element-from-being-translated/
But my Customer uses plugins like “Elementor Pro” with Icon-Box and I cannot wrap it any “data-no-translation” for differentiate way.
BTW enter same email address in translations fields did not work too. This could be important, if my customer wish to have difference email depend on language.
