Mailster importing contact issue

Hello everyone, I was wondering if you could assist me with the following:

I’m currently running the lasted version of Mailster Version 3.1.6 on my Ubuntu server under Plesk Obsidian
I have problems with importing contacts, so I made a .csv file less than 50,000 contacts. The import box still stores at 0% and nothing happens. I’ve checked the subscriber tap and nothing is imported. I even tried the alternative copy past, the result is the same. I truly appreciate any help.
