I know Mailster in his old name: MyMail.
Post SMTP has integration from version 2.0

When activating both plugins in the delivery methods here:
https://YOUR-SITE.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=newsletter&page=mailster_settings#delivery

You should see Postman SMTP tab.
