• I have been trying to get this resolved and am getting frustrated.
    Mails are not being sent from the website even after trying some SMTP plugins. It was working before the suddenly it is not.

    I don’t know what the problem is. I am not good at the technicalities and can’t even understand the debug message.

    Can i please provide my credentials for detailed help?

    Hope all is well!

    First, please check your spam folder for any emails that could be archived in there.

    If the emails are not sent, it could be a conflict with a plugin, run a quick test for a conflict. Deactivate all other plugins and test if mail can be sent; try to reset your password from the wp-admin page. If you will receive an email, activate one plugin at a time, each time resetting password to find the one that causes this.

    You can also try this plugin to check if emails are sent:

    Once installed, simply click into “Check Email” under the tools menu in your WordPress dashboard. Enter an email address to send a test to, and click on “Send test email.”
