mails not send

  • Hi,
    I have activated sending all mails of the site through Mailpoet. However other mails are not send. How can i investigate this and resolve the issue?

    What type of emails are not sent? Please be more specific, if possible.

    Hi,
    When investigating the mail log of Mailpoet it shows that the mail that is sent trough another Plug in, which is in this case Paytium is not send properly. This plug-in i use to let people pay on our website https://www.pannehoef.com . The log shows that the mail (that is configured in this plug-in) is send properly to the customer, but the mail to the other recipient not. To the email address are added the signs “\n”. I would like to add a print-screen of this but i do not see how to that.
    In the past, sending this mail with SMTP, there where no problems. Hopefully you can help!
