Mails failing

    Hi there @ssaxenav,

    Thanks for reaching out! Generally when an SMTP server sends that error back, it’s because the From address does not match the connected address (SMTP username).

    Check to make sure the From address and SMTP username match. It’s also a good idea to check the Force From Email option in WP Mail SMTP so that way your emails will always be sent From the address in WP Mail SMTP.

    If you need to be able to send emails from other addresses, you will likely need to switch to a different mailer service. Check out this guide in our documentation.
