Hey, yesterday some of our E-Mails were not send. Some Subscribers received four mails, some only one or zero. Do you have an idea, why? Before yesterday it works perfect!

    Hi @bkiehle,
    Thanks for your message

Did you updated to the latest version of the plugin before this happened? An update was released yesterday.

Hi, I tested it again, now the latest version is installed, but there is the same problem. Only some Users become Mails. And this is not reliable.. I published two new Posts and some Users get zero Mails, some one, some both..

We are using PHP 7.2. Is this supported or have we upgrade to 7.3?

Our max_execution_time and max_input_time is 30s (Frontend) and 1m (Backend).

    Hi @bkiehle ,
PHP 7.2 should be fine. Providing that you’re using the latest version of WP and BNFW then this document might help: https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/getting-started/how-to-improve-email-delivery/

Let me know how you get on.

    Hi @voltronik,

thanks! But I cannot find something what could be wrong.

For example two weeks ago everything worked fine. Was there anything which changed in the last updates?

    Hi @bkiehle,
Did you try the items listed in the doc in my last reply? One of the easiest things to try is install an SMTP plugin, such as Post SMTP as it comes with an email log so you can see if notifications are being sent out but not received.

    Hey @voltronik,

yes, there is a timeout! 19/61 Mails we’re not delivered. I started a topic at our SMTP Plugin Engineer.

    Hey @voltronik,

they said me they changed their e-mail limits so I can’t send so many emails in a short time. I have to split them into two groups.. This isn’t good..

    Hi @bkiehle,
If they changed their email address limits then I recommend trying Mailgun instead as you get 10,000 free emails per month (at time of writing). You can also set-it up using Post SMTP really easily.

    Hi @voltronik,

thanks. But I want to keep my e-mail at the actually Supplier….

    Hi @bkiehle,
With Mailgun, your email would remain where it is, it is just *sent* from your server using their service instead which negates any sending limit issues that your host may impose and often can’t be changed even when upgrading your hosting account.

    Hope this helps.
