    Hey Hannes,

I use the html mail designer plugin with the woocommerce extension. I built the site on my dev server and everything was looking perfekt. After moving to the production site the e-mails are broken and displayed kind of randomly with html tags in them.
I tried deleting the plugins and reinstalling. I also tried removing the database tables with your code for the functions.php but nothing seems to be working.

I really would appreciate some help.

    Thanks Martin

  • same problem here.
with the “New Order” mail to the shop-owner there is coming the whole legal notice now and at the end a bunch of html-stuff.
    2. I had a Header-Image which cant be loaded now any more. when I try to place a new image I get
    https:// www. /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-html-mail&tab=header
with: Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document.
    3. the code for “customer billing” and “delivery address” dont show any effect.
If anyone has an idea, help would be nice.
    Thank you

@digitales-handwerk I already received your support request via marketpress and tested with ManageWP. But I didn’t see any problems. We’ll stay in contact via Marketpress support.
@juergenwuergen how did you move your site?

I uploaded via ftp and changed links in phpmyadmin. Like I did before.

@juergenwuergen this kind of migration could break several options and post metadata if it contains serialized data. read more about serialized data
Please have a look at the plugin WP Migrate DB Pro it is free and replaces urls and paths in the database (also in serialized fields)
