I sent a newsletter two days ago and it all seemed fine so far (status said it was sent to all subscribers), but no-one actually received the newsletter. Then I sent a test newsletter, but the same here.
I checked the system status, but it shows no error.
    What could the problem be?

    MailPoet version 3.74.1
    WordPress version 5.8.2

    Thanks for your help!

  • I posted a similar query a few days ago — in my case, only some people are not receiving. I have not yet rec’d a response. Maybe one of us will get lucky.

    Hi there @hr2000 ????,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I sent a newsletter two days ago and it all seemed fine so far (status said it was sent to all subscribers), but no-one actually received the newsletter.

So if I am getting this right emails are being sent from your MailPoet plugin but they are not being received by your users.

Are you using the MailPoet Sending Service or a third-party sending service? You can check that under MailPoet > Settings > Send with… tab.

    Please keep us posted.

    Cheers!

Oh, and by the way @wajcgs, I’ll get back to you on the other thread later today or within the next few days to keep the issues separated.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hey,
    thanks for the quick response!
I’m using a third-party sending service (my webhost).
    Bye

    Hi again @hr2000 ????

OK, thanks for confirming that you are using your webhost.

Sending with your host is something that we really don’t recommend as explained here.

So my recommendation here would be to switch to the MailPoet Sending Service or another SMTP third-party sending service.

Having said that, if you want to review your issue, you might want to start checking this article:

Please give it a try and keep us posted.

    Thanks for your help.
I changed now to sending with MailPoet and now it worked.
    Perfect, thanks!

Sorry to bother you again: the sending worked so far, but after sending 38 mails the sending was paused due to degraded email deliverability.
    Could you please help?

    Hi there @hr2000,

I’m glad to hear that switching the sending method resolved the issue, at least temporarily.

As the new issue is related to something specific to your account, please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.

We’ll be able to provide you with more information there.

    Cheers!
