I’m using Simple Contact Forms to send emails, but when I tested the email form on my site I didn’t receive anything.

I set up the plugin completely (was a lot of work!) and the test email sent without issues. But when I emailed myself I didn’t receive anything and nothing was sent to spam either.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cyath,

Thanks for reaching out! If your test emails are functioning properly, then you need to check the email notification settings of your web form(s).

It looks like you’re using the WPForms plugin on your site. In case it helps, here’s how you can set up your form notifications.

By default, your email notifications will be sent to your administrator email address {admin_email}. Instead of the {admin_email}, you can add an alternative email address to test your email notifications.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks!

I did that, the mails are not sending. I can send test mails fine but I don’t receive any mails.

    Hi @cyath,

Could you please check WP Mail SMTP Debug Events section and see if you can find debug information.

Also, please follow this troubleshooting guide and see whether you can identify the issue.

    Thanks!

I checked the events, there are 2 emails sent (test) and no other issues or emails. But I recall sending emails, they just weren’t received.

I contacted Godaddy support but they didn’t help. My test emails send, but the emails sent in the form don’t send.

I’m uncertain what is the issue but I believe it’s an SMPT thing? I verified and am using Sendinblue.

    Hi @cyath,

I apologize for the trouble! Please install the WP Mail Logging plugin on your site and then test your form notifications.

Then, inspect your email logs to find out more information.

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
