    Hello,

I have recently upgraded Mailpress to version 4.0. Now when I attempt to send an email, I get this error:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Also, when I try to view my mailing lists, I get this error:

Fatal error: Class ‘MP_Admin’ not found in /home/fishthefly/www.oilcreekoutfitters.com/wp-content/plugins/mailpress_mailing_lists/mp-admin/mailinglists.php on line 41

How can I fix this without losing my mailing list? Thank you very much for your help.

  • have you had any luck with this issue?

    Maybe: Check your permissions
    thru FTP:
    folders 755
    files 644
    hopefully this helps

    Same problem here.
    Permissions is not the problem…

I get the error when sending an enmail or saving the draft as administrator

I got here for the same issue, here’s how I got it working:
Updating Mailpress led to install of 17 new plugins (all named “mail_something”). I activated them all, browsed through new configs available under “mailpress settings” and now I’m able to send mail, save drafts etc.
