    Hi there,

    When you say “via designer which uses the link [link:subscription_manage_url]”, which designer are you referring to here? Were you setting up a custom Manage Subscription page using the “[mailpoet_manage_subscription]” shortcode in the WordPress page editor as described in the article here?
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/222-customize-your-manage-subscription-page

    Please send a screenshot of how you have it configured at the moment. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Thank you!

    I don’t want to use a custom Manage Subscription page, the default one is fine for me. But the default one does not load in the final e-mails (except in the preview) ??

    Here is a screenshot of the e-mail I want to send, open via the edit button (not preview) of MailPoet. With designer I meant the mail composer you provide.

    After clicking link details:

    I confirm again that I selected MailPoets default Manage subscription page in the settings, no custom one.

    Here is the screenshot of the settings. In German, sorry about this, but you should get an impression…

    In another mail I got now a even different link, also not working (but with proper Unsubscribe-List: email header, which was wrong in the previous mail as well (reported here last week).

    Strange, why is the manage subscription link always a different one? As a C++ programmer I would guess there is a memory leak or access to uninitialized memory which valgrind can find. But in web stuff??????

    Hi there @jensseidel,

    I apologize for the late reply!

    Can you please try the following steps:

    1. Go to the WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click on the “Save Changes” button to update your permalinks;
    2. Go to MailPoet > Settings > Basics tab and select a different page as the Confirmation / Success / Manage Subscription pages;
    3. Save changes;
    4. Set the Success page back to the MailPoet page;
    5. Save changes.

    Let me know how it goes!

    Hi Elvira,

    performing your steps it works now. Great!

    I assume this happens at the switch from MP2 to MP3 and you probably find a way to automate this in the plugin or you will document this for others.

    Thanks!

    Hi there @jensseidel,

    I’m glad to hear that the Manage Subscription page is working now!

    Yes, we’ll definitely work on including it in our Knowledge Base as well as internal docs.

    Please let us know if you need any further help!
