• When a new subscriber click the button “Iscriviti” [==subscribe] he/she arrives to a page in which is only present the shortcode, w/o any interpretation (see here).
My choice is mailpoet page as you can see here.

    Hi there!

This could be an issue with your theme and dynamically generated pages. Do you get the same issue if you use the default Twenty Seventeen theme?

Could you try using the: [mailpoet_manage_subscription] on a page and then seeing if that page renders correctly with your existing theme?

    Thanks!

I’m not sure what you’re asking. The “manage subscription” link that is present in the email that mailpoet send fetch a correct page in which I can manage the subscription.

    Hi Pietro!

Sorry for the confusion, based on your original message it appears that you’re having issues with the output of the “manage your subscription” page generated by MailPoet correct?

In that case, what I was asking was for you to create a new page and add the above mentioned shortcode to it and seeing how that outputs.

If I’ve got the issue wrong or you are experiencing a different issue all together let me know and I’d be happy to help. ??

No, Jack. I have problem when the new subscriber click “subscribe” meanwhile is is registering himself to the mail list.
I imagine it has to be something similar to “Thank You for subscribing…”, instead I had this.
Actually is not a blocking bug ??
The page manage subscription is ok.
