Mailpoet e-mail newsletter suddenly became unavailable.

  • I have installed the Mailpoet plugin in WordPress and am distributing e-mail newsletters.
    I had streamed it about 10 times, but suddenly I couldn’t stream it anymore.
    Normally, when I start streaming, the number of deliveries counter moves, but this time it remained paused.

    The server uses Lollipop, and WAF is temporarily disabled when using Mailpoet.

    I’ve already set up an SPF record, but I’m having trouble figuring out why I can’t send it.

    I would appreciate it if someone could give me some advice.

    Hi @naoko566. Are you using the latest version of MailPoet and still having this problem?

    Can you please share your site address and let me know what sending service you’re using? Also, what is the type of email that you were sending that got paused, and have you been able to send anything since?
