Using the latest Divi, WP, plugins. but [mailpoet_page] isn’t rendering using the Divi Theme Builder. Other shortcodes render on the page (which you can see) including [mailpoet_archive] and [mailpoet_subscribers_count].

The above link is from Mailpoet-> Settings -> Basics -> Unsubscribe Page -> Preview.

Any ideas what’s happening and how to get it to work correctly?

    Hi there,

It sounds like you are using a custom page and added the required [mailpoet_page] shortcode to the page using the Divi theme builder. However, it’s not rendering as expected. Did you follow the steps mentioned in the documentation here?

Sometimes, the theme doesn’t call the_content() and our shortcode is not called. This could be an issue with the theme. In this case, you will need to work with the theme support.

It can also be related to WP Engine cache issue. Is you site using Wp Engine cache?

Yes, I followed those instructions, no it’s not on WP Engine. The page being edited isn’t a page but a theme page for Mailpoet.

So, what you’re saying is your plugin isn’t compatible with DIVI at all. Got it.

Thanks, I’ll go back to Jetpack (gross) and never even consider MailPoet for anything in the future.

    Good to know that.

    Hello again @edival,

Can you kindly create this page using the Gutenberg page builder? Instead of using the DIVI builder?

    Cheers!
