    Hi,

We’re about to send out our first newsletter but I can’t get the Unsubscribe page to work. I went through all similar topics on the forum and tried all your tips – nothing worked. I did establish confirmation and success pages, published them and previewed using the button next to the box. I use Muffin Builder – if that makes any difference. I would really appreciate your help.

Also – can I change the color of the text in the “Save” button generated on the [mailpoet_manage_subscription]? Right now it’s the same color as the background so it’s not readible.

    I would appreciate your help!

Ok, I know what the problem was. For all of you using the Muffin Builder – you have to paste the code on the top of the page instead in the blocks below where you would usually place the page content.

I would still appreciate your feedback on the button issue though!

    Hi @agnspy,

Thanks for sharing this workaround. Custom builders may not render the shortcode as expected, so you’ll need to tweak the process to make it work properly.

Also – can I change the color of the text in the “Save” button generated on the [mailpoet_manage_subscription]? Right now it’s the same color as the background so it’s not readible.

You can use the CSS styling tips we share in this doc:

    I hope it helps!
