MailPoet3 not working with ThriveLeads?

I’m helping a client migrating from MailPoet2 to MailPoet3, but after changing to MP3, subscribers are not added to the list, and the new welcome emails that we have designed and activated are not arriving.
I have followed all steps in your tutorials for the migration, and have the latest version of the plugin (Version 3.51.1).
As you can see from the screenshots in these links (API Connection + Form Connection), MailPoet3 is connected, and in the ThriveLeads form it’s also connected to the correct list.
When I change back to MailPoet2, everything works again (using the same ThriveLeads form).
I would very much appreciate any help you can give us.
