MailPoet Woocommerce checkout email not received

MailPoet isn’t sending order confirmation emails to myself. Process:
– A client orders a product on my website (woocommerce shop)
– He/she receives a confirmation email
– I don’t receive the email informing me of the order
– I have checked with WP Mail Logging – this email appears as sent
– I have checked my spam / my server – nothing, no email received.This was reported a few months ago here:

Eventually it resolved itself (MailPoet did something to fix it), and now it is happening again. Any advice?
The last time I posted about this MailPoet said to contact woo.com, but Woo said they don’t support MailPoet.
