Mailpoet Welcome emails not sending

    I’ve been trying to setup my Mailpoet Welcome Emails – initially I set it up through the automations tab but when I tested with multiple of my own emails I never received anything. I have since set them it up again in the Welcome Emails section, and it says 1 sent – but again, I’ve still received nothing. When I look at the system status I don’t see any obvious errors but I can see that all of the Welcome Emails that should have sent (both through automation and Welcome Emails sections) still say “Sending” not sent even though for some of them it’s been weeks. Does anyone know why they aren’t sending?

    Same problem! I think maybe their latest update is broken. Mine came up as paused with this error, which is for my welcome emails.

    There was problem sending the following email(s), please fix the issues described for each email and resume.

    I take it you haven’t received any kind of response from the support. Utterly useless so far feel scammed out of my ￡200!

    The problem is there are no error messages / fail notifications etc so I’ve got no clue what the problem could be!

    I understand there is an issue with sending Welcome Emails. There are a few things to check when this email is not sent: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/360-troubleshooting-welcome-emails

    To understand your setup better, can you please send us the following information (please redact any sensitive information):

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

    Hi @emilie27,

    Thanks for sending the screenshots. Per the screenshots, it seems the tasks scheduled to send the emails ran as expected — but since you didn’t receive the email, it points to deliverability issues.

    Can you please check if the emails might have bounded per the steps outlined here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/180-bounce-management-in-mailpoet-3

    Also, kindly check the spam folder of your email account to see if the mails might be landing there.
