Mailpoet Welcome email sending error

    Hello,
    I am attempting to set up a welcome email for list subscribers using mailpoet. However, when I click to send a test email I get the below error message. FYI My site is not live yet and my list only has two test subscribers.

    The email could not be sent due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The email could not be sent: MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to degraded email deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    Any help solving this will be much appreciated.
