Until few days ago my website had no any problem pass from https://achecker.achecks.ca/checker/index.php.
Since yesterday it hits me few errors while trying read the mailpoet newsletter subscription form such as:
“Check 213: input element, type of “text”, has no text in label.
Repair: Add text to the input element’s associated label that describes the purpose or function of the control.
    Error Line 362, Column 255:
    <input type=”text” class=”mailpoet_text” name=”data[form_field_ODMyODE1NjJlM2ZjX2ZpcnN0X25hbWU=]” ti …” and also such as:
“Check 188: Label text is empty.
Repair: Add text to the label element.
    Error Line 362, Column 255:
<input type=”text” class=”mailpoet_text” name=”data[form_field_ODMyODE1NjJlM2ZjX2ZpcnN0X25hbWU=]” ti …” I didn’t had this errors before where it passed all the checks.
Today i saw that the mailpoet plugin required update which I done so but the problem persists and I see no any online reference on how to fix it.

    Can you help me please?

    Hi there @apithanos,

Thanks for contacting us to point this out. We currently use title instead of label but it’s possible that some screen readers don’t read it properly.

We’ve created an internal ticket for our developers to further investigate this and evaluate and adding label is indeed necessary.

Once again, thanks for raising this!
