    Hi,
I entered to the website to update some plugins and when I pressed the button for updating I saw a message on top about mailpoet being deactivated for php(I think) reason.
When the process ended the mailpoet plugin was not in the plugin list (active or non active).
Maybe it was not there before the update process but I am not sure.
Never the less , I tried to installed it again and it tells me that the folder already exists.
I had subscribers and a couple of forms.
How can I reinstall/reactivate without loosing the data?

    Thanks

  • Hi there @smerliao,

To re-install without losing data, access your site using FTP or your file manager in your hosts control panel. Once there navigate to the wp-content/plugins folder.

You should see a folder called “mailpoet” delete that folder and then you’ll be able to re-install the plugin via your wp-admin > plugins > add new and search for “mailpoet”.

    All data will remain intact.

    Thanks!
