    Hi,
    I’ve received an email confirmation saying account is authorised and is good to send newsletter out.
    However my mailpoet wouldn’t let me click on the send button. Currently says “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.”
    Can you please solve this situation so I can send out newsletter to customers asap ??

    Sorry for the confusion. You would see that message when your subscription is still pending approval. Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and we typically reply back within 12 hours.

    I’ve confirmed that your subscription has been already reviewed and approved a few days ago. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    So should you get angry if you have been waiting more than 20 hours? ??

    No but seriously It’s very frustrating not to know, one might even change plugin in the meantime, just to get the thing done. For your own sake add a time frame to your review message: “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to.”

    Soon is a word that should instead be something that indicates a delivery time on your promises to review. Because then it’s possible to plan for it.

    Frankly If I knew about the time to be reviewed (or even if I will be reviewed because it hasn’t happened jet) then I would never have tried setting up an account. This is eating away at our project deadlines – which is unacceptable in a world with alternatives to that.
