When I went to update MailPoet 3 Premium, I got a message saying “package not available.” I clicked on a couple of things, and ended up with a message saying that occurred if I didn’t have a subscription. So I logged in and went to my subscription page, and it says “You are subscribed to the 0 – 2,000 subscribers plan.” I copied that activation key, put it into the Key Activation, and get a message saying, “Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium.” Um, it’s been working on MailPoet Premium for years. Only option the site is giving me is to subscribe for the 1-1,000 subscribers plan–and that requires that I wait for approval all over again.

So, why did I lose my 0-2,000 subscribers plan, even though it says on the site that I have it? And why do I need to subscribe to a different plan, even though this plan has been working for years?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Carol, thanks for writing in.

I see you have a free Premium sending plan for 1,000 subscribers and also a free sending plan (not including the Premium plugin) for 2,000 subscribers.

If you have less than 1,000 subscribers and want to upgrade the Premium plugin, please ensure you’re using the key from the 1,000 subscriber’s plan.

If you have more than 1,000 subscribers and want to use the Premium plugin, you’ll need to purchase a paid plan according to the number of subscribers you have now.

    Thank you!
