MailPoet submit shows no success message

    I have created a form with MailPoet and when I enter my data there and click subscribe, I am redirected to the MailPoet page instead of a success message appearing. I have already checked the settings in the form. In addition, no subscription to Mail Poet is detected and no mail is sent.
