MailPoet Stuck on Pause

    MailPoet had some issue with sending emails and paused them all. I am a paid subscriber and used the paid help chat 10 hours ago. But this forum seems to respond faster. Anyway, after MailPoet quit sending, I switched sending service. With the 3rd party sending service, the outbound emails are still paused. What can I do to get them sent?
