Mailpoet status unconfirmed

When a customer subscribe on my email list they are all unconfirmed.
It looks like nobody get a email or confirmed there subscription?
Some are already on a wordpress and woocommerce list, but also some are not on any list.
Is this a bug from Mailpoet or how can they confirm the subscription?
