    In the WordPress dashboard,
Click on the MailPoet settings page

On the basics tab, under the setting for Archive Page Shortcode

Select one or more specific Lists (rather than leaving it blank, which is the default),

THEN click the Save button at the bottom of the page…

that list or set of lists to be used is not actually saved.

Confirmed that this setting is not being saved by going to some other part of the WordPress dashboard and then returning to the MailPoet settings page.

Confirm that this setting was not saved. It reverts back to the “Leave this field empty to display all lists” setting.

    Hi there @donteiser ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

Mhh, that’s really odd indeed. I haven’t been able to reproduce the same issue on my test site.

I’ll share some steps that might fix the issue:

    – Try updating the plugin to the latest version
    – Try deleting your browser’s cache and also your site/server cache, or any cache plugin on your site
    – Finally, please switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?
If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.

You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Please let us know how that goes!
    Cheers!

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Cheers
