MailPoet sends cart reminder even if it has been previously purchased.

I have changed the cron option in Visitors to your website to Action Scheduler (recommended).

I don’t know if it has something to do with it, but let’s see if that solves it.

Hello, even if you change this option and have purchased that abandoned cart, the mail still arrives.

Hello, the same thing keeps happening. I keep getting abandoned cart emails even when you have already finished your order.

I could see that at the bottom of the System Status page there were 3 lines with 3 buttons to debug obsolete things. I have given them to debug without making a capture before…

That’s odd. The screenshot you sent is from an email. Can you confirm you are going to MailPoet > Automations and clicking on the title of the automation in question to edit it?
