Hi, we are using MailPoet on a WooCommerce website with WooCommerce Germanized, which sends invoices as PDF attachments to the invoice mail.

MailPoet is set to send via SMTP with login. We were also using the “Send all site’s emails with…” function. This was working fine before but I just realized that the attachment is missing in the sent emails with the latest versions of everything. I don’t know exactly since when because we don’t have so many orders at all.

    Wordpress 5.4.2
    Woocommerce 4.2.2
    WooC.Germanized 3.1.9
    MailPoet 3.47.6

    Hi @w-sky,

Unfortunately, the current version of the MailPoet plugin doesn’t support sending attachments. You may workaround that by sending a link to the attachment instead of the attachment or you can turn off “Send all site’s emails with…”

Okay thanks, this is important to know! I think you should put a notice there in the settings.

Instead of “Send all site’s emails with MailPoet” I can also use the plugin called “WP Mail SMTP” which is working fine with WooCommerce and attachments to my experience.

We will continue to use Mailpoet though ?? for Newsletters we are using 2 premium subscriptions. Thanks for the good work!
