    After more than 2 weeks waiting for approval my account I still get message: You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account… I can not send any campaigns using MailPoet Sending Service. I have to use “Your web host/web server” method, which I don’t like, because it has limited possibilities foe sending E-mails.
    Do I have to go to payed version?

    I thought I have answered on all questions elsewhere, on a form, or maybe I am wrong and I forgot.

    After 10 years, I renovated the website of our association, and this also includes sending messages, for which we need a database. All addresses in the database were obtained in communications with members in previous years, and exclusively directly from the members themselves – that is, with their consent.
    The use of the database is intended exclusively for sending messages within the membership and in “no” case for commercial purposes. The database will also not be expanded automatically, but only with the confirmation of the association’s presidency. It is a highly professional association with world-renowned experts in the field of medicine and its activities are not intended for the general public.

    Having the same problem! I’m a Free user and my welcome emails have been going out just fine… this is my first newsletter and it’s telling me “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account.” What does that mean? How do I get you to review my account? Please help!

    Okay well no response. This means lost sales for me, my event is Wednesday. I invested so much time into setting up this awesome plugin. Really not cool!
