    Hello Mailpoet people,

you have a very nice solution that I reviewed positively earlier today.
I recently upgraded, and quite a lot of people (who were previously uncorfirmed / had mailbox full / were on your suppression list while actually being interested in my mailings) were moved back into Subscribed category.
To my dismay, after Friday’s mailing being the last one, I discovered Monday morning (I upgraded my paid plan Friday) in my mailbox the “MailPoet Sending Service is paused because of spam complaints” message, to which I replied:

“`Every email recipient has either clicked the confirmation link you’re sending automatically, or (based upon me asking why one hasn’t been clicked and whether they wish to be receiving the mailings at all) they confirmed their interest to me, which I can prove.
Neither the mailing frequency is an issue – everyone knows that I’m sending daily and intraday, which translates into some 1.15 (?) emails per day.
In short, I’m acting responsibly and it’s not my fault that some subscribers may click Spam rather than Unsubscribe within the emails.`”

I’m doing everything faithfully on my side, and would appreciate prompt restoration of sending ability (no interest to configure sending through my hosting) – for 12hrs almost I have no response from you.

Please solve that uncomfortable situation still today as people expect to be receiving my mailings asap…

    Many thanks,

    Monica Kingsley
