We love the MailPoet plugin, and until fairly recently had no significant issues with it. But recently, we had a strange problem crop up. We don’t know for sure if this is an issue with MP or with WP itself, since both were updated recently, but when we set up a newsletter to send, we didn’t schedule it, wanting it to go out right away, yet were confronted with a note stating that it would be sent six hours later. This newsletter was already overdue, so to have it delayed for so long is a serious issue. Thinking we could circumvent this, we sent out another one, deliberately scheduling it for only 15 minutes later, yet the plugin insisted on, once again, delaying the send for six hours. We’re at a loss to explain this. Please help. We don’t want to have to deal with this again for next month’s newsletter.
I understand until recently, you started having issues with MailPoet where your newsletters are not being sent out automatically as they should but you see a notice that it’ll be sent six hours later.
Can you please send us the following information:
– A screenshot of the?MailPoet?> Help > System Status?page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
– Copy and paste the information from?MailPoet?> Help > System Info.
Ah, I’m sorry it took so long to get back to you. I actually forgot to come back and check for replies until my husband asked if the issue was resolved yet. Oops.
Here is the System Info (I’ll be updating the PHP version soon):
