5. Be as descriptive as possible of what your issue is: My MailPoet settings are set to send new content on Wednesdays, 11am. I have hardly posted anything in a year, but in those times, it’s always worked perfectly. Yesterday I performed some updates, and today I get a MailPoet email with the last content I posted, except it had already been sent out – – MONTHS ago! So it’s a repeat email of one sent out months ago. I’m concerned it will cause people to drop their subscriptions: I may reinvigorate my site, and need those subscribers!
6. Make us smile even though you have a problem. We’ll go the extra mile for you!: I think this plugin is fantastic, especially for a free plugin! It’s always worked exactly as it should, and it has lots of bells and whistles. My site isn’t active enough to warrent paying for a newsletter plugin, so I am very grateful MailPoet exists.
