MailPoet was running great since I installed it a few months ago. Then there was an update, and all but a few of my users were moved to the “unsubscribed” section, and I have no way of moving them back. There have only been 5 people who have unsubscribed.

So, I’ve tried exporting my WordPress users as CSV, but Mailpoet only recognizes half of them (557 out of 1144). Is Mailpoet unable to import the CSV from WordPress users?

    Hi,

There should be no issue importing or exporting WordPress users. Can you try this?

    1. Open the exported subscribers file and copy the contents.
    2. Go into MailPoet and paste the contents into the text box (don’t import the file.)

Let me know if that works!

Thank you for replying. I actually tried copying and pasting in the users previously, but tried it again after you suggested it. It still didn’t work. But at that point I realized the problem was probably on my side: I looked over the CSV file and noticed one of the users had input a HUGE comment (10 paragraphs or something) in the biography column. I removed that user from the file; copy and pasted it into your plugin, and all the users now appear. ??
    Thanks again!
