Mailpoet not sending woocommerce emails for first purchase

Dear community,

My mailpoet is sending emails like confirm the sub to newsletter, but for some case it is not sending the emails when new order is completed, I have set this emails to be sent immediately and I have also opt-in in checkout.. nothing is working and mailpoet is not sending this emails for new order.. please help
