MailPoet Not sending confirmation emails

    Mailpoet does not send any email.
    When they subscribe to our newsletter they don’t get a welcome email to confirm their subscription.
    When I try to resend them their confirmation email i get this error message : Il y a eu un problème avec votre méthode d’envoi. Veuillez vérifier si votre méthode d’envoi est correctement configurée.

    Configuration for sending with Mailpoet is correct though.

    Hi @figari,

    Can you please let me know if you can send a preview of a newsletter to yourself? And if you can’t, what’s the error message you see?

    I’ve tried to subscribe to your form now and I can see the error “An error occurred while processing the request, please try again later.”

    Are you using reCAPTCHA on this form? When inspecting the page where the form is placed, I see an error related to your reCAPTCHA key:

    Error: Invalid site key or not loaded in api.js

    I’d suggest going to your Recaptcha page, choose to add a new key, and choose V2 (the version supported by MailPoet). If it doesn’t fix the issue with your form, please contact us via email through this form for paid users.

    Hi Bruna
    Pb has been solved. Sending was suspended by mailpoet. It’s OK now
    I’m gonna check the Captcha issue.
