MailPoet not send mail

    Version WordPress : 5.2.9
    MailPoet : 3.35.4

    Hello,

    I create an email, I send it but the sending rate remains at 0%.
    When I try the “test” send in the settings everything goes well.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you please confirm that you’re using a third-party sending service to send emails?

    Also, please update your MailPoet plugin to the latest 3.60.4 version and check if the issue persists.

    Do you see any errors on MailPoet > Help > System Status page?
