MailPoet List by Name

I have been trying to get people to use the MailPoet I installed in out art web site, but they find finding people a pain, They would like to have subscribers listed by their name and not email address. Can someone recommend a better one? We have 200 members, and we put on course for 6 to 70 people. We would like to send out a newsletter every month to everyone, emails to the people that signed up for a course and to attach other’s emails to our emails.
