    Hi @wildagency,

As I understand, you have placed a MailPoet form to the footer of your website, and when someone tries to subscribe, they’re redirected to the page https://hublogistics.ch/false instead of the page you’ve selected in the form. Is that correct?

Can you please let us know if the CAPTCHA option is enabled in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced?

Despite of not being redirected to the right page, I have tested subscribing myself and can confirm the confirmation email was received.

Hi @bruberries, thank you for your message.

Yes, CAPTCHA is installed on invisible mode and it works. The subscriber will insert on our list but system is showing a “false” page instead our page.

    Thank you for your help

    Thanks for confirming, @wildagency!

Can you try to disable the CAPTCHA and check if the error persists?

If so, I suggest following these steps to run a conflict test: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works.

If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.

Let us know how that goes!

    Hi @bruberries

Built-in CAPTCHA protects your subscription forms against bots. = Disable
