Mailpoet is not working correcctly with polylang plugin

i really love this awessome plugin. we are using the latest version of mailpoet (mailpoet 3). we wanted to transform our newspaper website to a multilingual newspaper website. we installed the free polylang plugin.

We are facing some problems regarding the configuration settings of the mailpoet plugin:

1st- in the basic settings tab, we are using customized pages for Manage Subscription page and Unsubscribe page. When we switch between languages the setting for this pages is restored to mailpoet page.

2nd- in the sign up conformation page tab, we are facing the same problem as the 1st point. When we switch between languages the setting for this pages is restored to mailpoet page.

3rd- we are using a newsletter bar form in the bottom. the form sometimes is not showing. when we check the chrome console cookies we can see a cookie relating to mailpoet stating that the form is dismissed and not loading.
